I guess everyone is just assuming they’re drunk because they’ve never posed like this in any of their pictures before; and Selena does look SUPER flushed in the other pictures from his party.. LOL.

I really don’t understand, why is such a big deal if he is drunk? Do people forget that the kid is from CANADA, where the legal drinking age is 18? He was raised in a place in which your 18th birthday is the equivalent of an American’s 21st. Chaz, Ryan, Jasper, Tyler, EVERYONE has been posting shit on twitter about being TU (tore up) so I think its a safe assumption that Justin partook in the festivities at his own party. Jasper even tweeted something about wanting to smoke a blunt and Chaz responded with “Why didnt you ask at iHop?” The fact is Justin is Canadian and always will be and despite the fact that he spends a lot of time in the states NOW he is used to the Canadian way of life and outlook. You can take the dude out of Canada but you can’t take the Canadian out of the dude. PERIOD.

Actually, he may be allowed to consume alcohol depending on the venue that it happened at and a variety of other things. It varies state to state. I know that in my state it is legal to consume alcohol underage in the privacy of my own home. I just can’t BUY it.
Actually it may have been more difficult to get his guests to Canada than to LA considering most of them reside/work in LA as it is. I’m not condoning him breaking the law but the reality is most 18 year olds aren’t exactly law abiding citizens. Yes, Justin is held to a higher standard because of who he is but i think its unfair to condemn him for one night, which happened to be his birthday. Obviously has not making a habit of it and I’m sure he had plenty of supervison to ensure everyone was safe and responsible.

3. Risk your life for the country in the army.
4. Vote.
5. Have sex with someone old enough to be your parents.
6. Marry someone.
7. File taxes.
8. Adopt a child.
… Yet will not let you take a drink that has alcohol in it. Now, THAT’S what shitty logic is.

It’s about moderation. If he doesn’t become an alcoholic, no big. My brother died from basically drinking himself to death over time, ruined his liver. But if Justin or anyone else doesn’t have bad drinking habits, getting drunk on occasion or having one or two drinks a day or every other day is alright.

I agree with what Roxanne and Katrina said. It’s on a special occasion for him, which is on his birthday. Justin is 18 now and I believe in Canada it’s legal for him to drink. Plus it shouldn’t matter that he’s in the U.S and he’s drinking, come on, MOST 18 YEAR OLDS DRINK ALCOHOL. It doesnt even matter what country or state your from. I know some 13 and 14 year olds who smoke weed and drink alcohol. That’s even worse than what y’all think Justin is doing.
