Dan Kanter is the guitar player that usually accompanies Justin when he does live performances. If you want to see more of their videos together then go here.

Last week Justin attended the Georgia Music Hall of Fame Awards to honor his vocal coach Moma Jan Smith. I had posted a video of the medley he did but it wasn’t exactly clear, nor was it the full performance. Below is a much better video. Enjoy.

“Yah I’m gonna start. And stop talking” lol

For the millions of fans who buy Justin Bieber’s albums, get tickets to his concert and support the singer through their undying loyalty, there seem to be just as many who think the young pop star is gimmick. No one knows just how untrue this is better than his Musical Director, guitar player and close friend, Dan Kanter.
Through a chance encounter an MuchMusic (that’s right, we’re totally claiming bragging rights on this friendship), Dan and Justin met, meshed, and the rest is musical history. Touring the world together, playing SNL, Wembley and more, these two Canadians have taken the world by storm. Dan, an Ottawa native who is working on his thesis while on the road with Justin (the topic? The process of developing Justin’s pop arena show, from a musical director’s perspective), has developed a following of fans all his own. Two Bieber fans in Boston even went as far as writing and performing a song as an ode to the guitar player, which Justin now performs to the chagrin of Dan during sound checks. I’d link the video here, but I think it would end my friendship with Dan. I’m sure you can find it on YouTube.
Dan’s wedding this fall to Canadian blogger and fashion line owner, Yael Latner, made headlines when their wedding singer turned out to be the very same performer that won four American Music Awards earlier this week. Fresh off their big AMA win, Justin and Dan were in town this week to play to the home crowd at the ACC. We sat down with Dan to talk about My World Acoustic, which hits stores this Friday, fashion, performing and of course, the biggest craze to come out of Stratford. Ever.

The Baby hitmaker joined in the festivities at the Jewish wedding of Dan Kanter and was accompanied by his mother Pattie Mallette, reported Daily Mail online.
Wearing a traditional yarmulke skullcap with his pink shirt and vest, the 16-year-old danced with his mother.
The 32-year-old also manages her son’s career and had her first and only child when she was just 16.
And Pattie was his date to the nuptials, despite rumours he is dating another teen pop star, Jasmine Villegas, who co-starred in one of his music videos.

Making for quite the reason to celebrate, Justin Bieber attended the wedding of his musical director/guitar player Dan Kanter to fashionista Yael Latner at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto on Sunday (October 3).
Wearing a yarmuckle atop his head with a vest, dress shirt, and glimmering trousers, the “Baby” singer was joined by his mom, Pattie Mallette.
As for the reception, guests were treated to a dinner of caramelized onion soup and a choice of Miso Glazed Halibut with Soya Beurre Blanc or Veal Tenderloin with Mushroom Ragout.
Once filled up, Bieber and the rest of the guests hit the dancefloor for the traditional Jewish song “Hava Nagila” followed by the dance-igniting tune “Get Down Tonight.”
Having a few days off, Justin and Kanter are set to fly to Hawaii this week for concerts on Friday and Saturday before embarking on a 25-stop tour.
