Justin has been nominated for 2 top awards at the first ever YOUTUBE MUSIC AWARDS.
Nominees are drawn from YouTube’s most watched, shared, liked and subscribed-to artists of the past 12 months. Winners will be chosen by fan voting.
Youtube is how Justin was discovered and he is also the biggest artist to ever come out of Youtube so it would be nice to have him take home a YOUTUBE award, maybe 2.
Justin has been nominated in 2 categories:

Demi Lovato, Heart Attack
Girls’ Generation, I Got A Boy
Justin Bieber (featuring Nicki Minaj), Beauty and A Beat

The YouTube Music Awards airs live on Youtube November 3rd with performances from Eminem, Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire, Avicii, and Tyler the Creator.
The 2012 Billboard Music Awards is this Sunday and the polls have opened for the “Top Social Artist” category. The Top Social nominees are “web savvy artists who rule the Internet, making waves and racking up followers on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube”. This has Justin’s name written all over it.
The finalists are:
Justin Bieber
Shakira
Lady Gaga
Rihanna
Eminem
I think in the end it’s gonna come down to the Beliebers vs Little Monsters. We know they are a force to be wreckon with.
So what are you waiting for? Justin is losing! Go vote.
UPDATE:
Wow just a couple of hours have passed and Justin is about to take has taken the lead from Shakira. Way to go!! I found 2 other categories to vote for JB:
Justin Bieber has become the first person to top 2 billion YouTube views.
The singer passed the milestone over the weekend after his latest music video for festive track ‘Mistletoe’ reached 27 million views in a week.
To date, the star has amassed 2,004,247,332 views across the video-sharing site.
Bieber continues to hold the record for the most viewed music video on YouTube with his clip for ‘Baby’ currently sitting at 650 million hits.
Lady GaGa beat the 17-year-old to the 1 billion mark back in October 2010, but he quickly overtook and now has a lead of 320 million.
However, GaGa still remains the most popular person on Twitter with 15 million followers compared to Bieber’s 13.9 million.
Meanwhile, Rihanna comes in as the third-highest YouTube star with 1.7 billion views and is currently the fastest-growing, while Eminem trails with 1.5bn.
The top 10 music stars on YouTube are as follows:
1. Justin Bieber – 2 billion
2. Lady GaGa – 1.88 billion
3. Rihanna – 1.7 billion
4. Eminem – 1.51 billion
5. Shakira – 1.21 billion
6. Black Eyed Peas – 1.11 billion
7. Britney Spears – 1.01 billion
8. Beyonce – 1 billion
9. Chris Brown – 868 million
10. Michael Jackson – 810 million
Looks like the plastic surgeries and prescription drugs have gone to his head.
In May of last year Justin hung out with Enimen in a recording studio when he met Dr. Dre. You would think from this picture they took they would be good friends. Well think again.
In his new song “A Kiss” off his new album “Hell: The Sequel” Eminem doesn’t simply diss Justin but calls him ‘evil’. Umm ok..
“Him don’t give a damn about Bieber, do him?/ Evil just seems to be seeping through him.”
He also disses Lady Gaga in the song by calling her a man.
Is Emimen jealous and looking for publicity from the two biggest superstars in the world at the moment? I think so. I know Justin wouldn’t do it but it would be awesome if Lady Gaga made a song about Em’s bloated face. Something tells me that Emimen is the type of person that could give it but never take it.
Just a few minutes ago Justin surpassed 9 million followers and tweeted
9 MILLION!!! I LOVE YOU PEOPLE!!!
At this moment Lady Gaga, the reigning Queen of Twitter, has exactly 9,497,783 Little Monsters following her so Justin is less than half a million Beliebers away from becoming the King of Twitter.
Once he becomes the Most Followed person on Twitter, JB only has one last title left needed to become the undisputed King of the Internet since he has already conquered Youtube (Most Viewed Video) and Google (Most Searched Person). And that is to become the Most Liked Person on Facebook.
since we got #9millionbeliebers I wanted to give u all a gift. so here is a gif we made. THank You for EVERYTHING!
Enimen currently leads all with close to 34 million likes while Justin seems to be really picking up steam lately and has now surpassed 25 million likes since becoming famous less than 2 years ago.
Twitter is in the bag and I have no doubt he will also take over Facebook in less than 1 year from now.
Congrats Justin Drew Bieber on all your achievements!!
Eminem and country artists Lady Antebellum are the leading nominees for the 2010 American Music Awards, and Justin Bieber is right behind them.
The AMAs announced this year’s nominee slate Tuesday (Oct. 12). Eminem and Bieber will be competing against each other in three categories: artist of the year, favorite male artist and favorite album. The other artist of the year nominees are Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Ke$ha.
Just waking up in Japan and I heard about being nominated for 4 Ama’s!!! I’m so excited! Thanks to all for supporting me!!! – Justin on Twitter
