One of Justin Bieber’s bodyguards was cited in New York for allegedly roughing up a photographer.
Kenneth Hamilton is accused of pushing photographer Jason Nicholas against a parked car in midtown Manhattan back in November as Nicholas attempted to snap shots of Bieber.
The paparazzo claims to have experienced back pain in the ensuing weeks.
Hamilton was issued a desk-appearance ticket, requiring him to appear in court at a future date.
Bieber has been making whirlwind media rounds through New York over the past few days in support of his movie Never Say Never.
Justin Bieber Won’t Face Charges In Laser-Tag Incident Pop star was accused of punching a 12-year-old boy in the face.
It looks like Justin Bieber will not have this on his permanent record. After facing possible sanction for an incident at a Richmond, British Columbia, laser-tag park where he allegedly punched a 12-year-old boy in the face, police in Richmond said they have decided not to file charges against Justin Bieber.
“The file in regard to the alleged assault at the entertainment center has been concluded, and no charges will be forwarded,” Corporal Turley of the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police told MTV News on Tuesday (December 14). “The investigation is complete.” Turley said the evidence collected did not support going forward with the investigation, noting that she was unable to confirm whether Bieber was one of the persons involved because of a law prohibiting the dissemination of information into criminal cases involving youths.
Bieber had been accused of getting into a scuffle with the unidentified boy during an October 15 session at the Planet Lazer Entertainment Center in Richmond. According to reports, Bieber got angry when the boy allegedly hurled a homophobic slur at him and lashed out in response.
The boy sustained minimal injuries after what TMZ reported was an incident in which Bieber, 16, was targeted by an overzealous laser-tag player who used an anti-gay slur against him. When the 12-year-old stuck his hand out toward Bieber, the “Baby” singer reportedly batted it away and left the park.
A short time later, Bieber spoke out against bullying and posted an “It Gets Better” clip. In it, he said, “Hey guys, I’m Justin Bieber. I just wanted to say there’s nothing cool about being a bully. And if you’re getting bullied, make sure to tell someone and, you know, it gets better. And if you’re a bystander, make sure to step in and, you know, help out.”
Justin Bieber was on the receiving end of the kind of hate-filled bullying that has made headlines recently — during a laser tag match Friday night, he defended himself from an aggressive kid who referred to Bieber as a “fagg*t” … sources close to the investigation tell TMZ.
We’re told that during the game of laser tag, one kid went out of his way to target Justin repeatedly (a violation of the code of honor of laser tag, if there is such a thing).
Sources say that Bieber became frustrated when the kid cornered him and wouldn’t stop shooting and when Bieber told him, “That’s enough” … the kid responded, “What are you gonna do about it, fagg*t?”
We’re told a shocked Bieber replied, “Excuse me?” Sources say the other kid responded, “You’re a fagg*t” and then put his hand out toward Bieber and Bieber pushed it away as he left.
Contrary to several news reports, we’re told Bieber never struck the other boy.
Law enforcement tells TMZ it was the boy’s father who filed the complaint hours later … and our source says the father was heard at the scene repeatedly telling people, “I’m a lawyer.”
The police investigation is ongoing, but our sources say police already know the fault does not lie with Bieber.
Justin Bieber is reportedly being investigated by police in Richmond, British Columbia after an alleged incident at laser tag facility … this according to various reports in Canada.
Police are investigating 16-year-old Justin Bieber for allegedly assaulting a 12-year-old boy at Planet Lazer in Richmond, British Columbia the other night!!
Supposedly, Justin and child got into an altercation while playing laser tag, that resulted in Justin “pushing” the boy – A staff member at Planet Lazer, who wishes to remain anonymous, gave ZackTaylor.ca this exclusive statement on what exactly happened:
“The 12-year-old kid was surrounding Justin in the corner with his other little friends and shooting him during the game with their laser guns. Justin did what any other person would do during a laser tag game, and was just trying to get away from getting shot at and accidentally hit the kid while running away. The kid’s sister said he started crying because he was hit hard, but when we saw the boy there was no marks or anything. Justin stuck around after in the lobby explaining what happened, when the kids parents decided to call the police. On a side note: Justin used the nickname, JOE DIRT, while playing laser tag.”
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Richmond confirm that the boy sustained minimal injuries and did not require any medical attention at the time.
Tess Marti, the daughter of Michael Marti who owns Planet Lazer, had this to say to us about how the situation ended:
“Justin told police he accidentally touched the 12-year-old’s face, and after police interviewed witnesses they let Justin and everyone else go. The next day the cops came to my house to ask a few more questions to my dad, but that was it.”
With getting made fun of for having a new nail polish line coming out, Shawty Mane needed some better street cred.?! Sounds like the parents of the boy are trying to make a quick buck!!
UPDATE: I guess Justin paid for the whole gaming experience, in more than one way, as ZackTaylor.ca has gotten our hands on the receipt…

You wouldn’t see this posted here unless I made sure it’s at least a real report. Both the local paper and radio news (now TMZ also) are running the same story.
Beside agreeing that Katy Perry is hot, Russell Brand and Justin Bieber have another thing they share in common. The “Get Him to the Greek” actor and the “Baby” hitmaker were recently voted the Worst Dressed Men in Showbiz in WENN’s online poll.
35-year-old Brand, who occasionally dons chest-revealing outfits, topped the poll with 31 per cent of votes. Meanwhile, although he is known for his legion of devotees, baseball cap-loving Bieber landed the second spot after earning 26 per cent of votes.
TV mogul Simon Cowell secured the third place with 21 per cent of votes, followed by “American Idol” alum Adam Lambert in fourth place after earning 16 per cent of votes. Rounding out the top five was “Love Lockdown” rapper Kanye West, who is known for his overly style.
The Worst Dressed Men in Showbiz poll came after the site released its Worst Dressed Females list on September 20. For her daring outfits, Lady GaGa earned 55 per cent of all votes, followed by Lindsay Lohan, Katy Perry, Rihanna and Gwen Stefani.
Poor guy! You have to appreciate how well he handled it though.
If you watch in the slow motion part at the end, something flies off the bottle. I’m guessing it’s a pair of panties, and the girl wasn’t trying to hit him.
