Someone’s been working out. 🙂 I posted this pic on Facebook and Twitter earlier but since it’s soooooo hot I think it would be best to post it here because everyone should be able to enjoy it.
Justin is growing up so fast. In less than 2 weeks he’ll be turning 18 and yesterday he revealed that he has been working out really hard to build sexy muscles. He tweeted:
worked out with the new trainer this morning. Hard work. We got goals. Gonna go hard
The 17 year old supposedly intends to make frequent visits to the gym in his upcoming month off from work in an attempt to beef himself up.
So that ‘boy next door’ image could soon be traded for an altogether more macho look. The Canadian idol already boasts the most copied hair style apparently.
The naturally thin star wants to “develop a more muscled physique” a source told the Daily Mirror.
In addition to his gym sessions Bieber will also follow a high protein diet according to the source and has reportedly teamed up with a nutritionist who has advised the teenager to up his intake of protein and eat more frequently, at 3 or 4 hourly intervals.
So watch this space girlies, Justin Bieber could soon be Justin beefier!
Justin Bieber can bench press 120 pounds!!
The ‘Baby’ hitmaker went for a workout at his local gym when he visited his hometown of Stratford, Ontario in Canada earlier this week and club member Tyrell Ogloff – who saw the singer there at 7.30 a.m. on Wednesday (01.06.11) – revealed he can lift impressive weights despite his relatively small size.
Tyrell told HollywoodLife.com: “Justin was definitely on a mission to pump up. He was on the treadmill for about 30 minutes working up a sweat and then he went to the free weights to lift.
“It’s funny because he’s pretty small but can pump a lot! He benched 120 pounds for his chest and did about 400 crunches and sit-ups to build his core. He’s in really good shape.”

While greeting fans worldwide for his My World tour, Justin Bieber stays in tip-top shape with the help of a personal trainer — and only UsMagazine.com has the exclusive pics.
At a backstage gym in Greenville, NC on Dec. 16 of last year, Bieber, 17, worked with trainer Dolvett Quince — perfecting his physique with chinups, bench-presses, stretches and much more.
Turns out that when fans aren’t watching, the “Baby” singer doesn’t mind showing off.
The star “loves to run around with his shirt off all the time,” Never Say Never director Jon Chu says in Us Weekly’s Justin Bieber: My Private World.
He even showed his stomach to Rihanna earlier this year. “Justin Bieber just flashed me his abs,” the “Only Girl” chanteuse Tweeted during a private dinner. “Wow! He actually had a li’l six pack!”
Another thing that helps him stay lean: Although Bieber occasionally indulges in junk food like Doritos and Fruit Roll-Ups, “He’s pretty good about his diet,” his voice coach Jan Smith tells Us “He eats healthy.”
