Not only is Justin featured on Far East Movement’s new album (“Live My Life” comes out Feb 28th) but Justin will also be on Will.I.Am’s new album. MTV reports:
Will.I.Am has revealed that his new solo album will feature collaborations with Cheryl Cole, Justin Bieber and Alicia Keys.
Speaking at The Brit Awards 2012 last night (21st February) the Black Eyed Peas rapper also confirmed that his LP, entitled #WillPower, also features a track with dance duo LMFAO.
He added to the BBC that he was “really excited” about his forthcoming record, stating that as well as recruiting the help of Chezza and Biebs, it will also feature duets from “a whole bunch of other folks.”
Lil Wayne has been going hard at his skateboard game recently (even launching his new Trukfit clothing line) and this week the Young Money rapper paid a visit to Justin Bieber in the studio and even took some time for a skateboarding session with him. “Good time in the studio last night. back at it tonight. oh yeah…and big bro came thru…,” Bieber tweeted, linking to a photo of him and Wayne with their skateboards. “and when i say big bro i mean @LilTunechi. #BELIEVE IT #family.”
While it’s unknown whether Wayne will appear on Bieber’s album, a certain super-producer is definitely in the mix, according to another tweet: “in the studio with @timbaland and the crew. #creating… got a lot of things i want to write about. ready to make music.”
Bieber has said he hopes his new album will have a Justin Timberlake vibe, similar to what Timbaland created on FutureSex/LoveSounds.
And for those wondering how it all went in the studio, Bieber’s longtime manager, Scooter Braun, filled fans in. “got great reports on the first night with @justinbieber and@timbaland,” Braun tweeted. “Exciting stuff. heard YMCMB stopped by too. gonna be interesting.”
Believe is set to drop later this year. Bieber has already worked with Black Eyed Peas mastermind will.i.am, who will reportedly produce a song for the album. Whether Weezy will have any part on the album, Bieber has said he’s been in talks with other MCs, like pal Drake and Kanye West, to make appearances on the album.
“The only conversation we’ve had about Justin’s album that we’re about to do is, it’s really important that it’s the proper transition, because we’ve seen him [with] ‘Baby,’ now we’re watching him grow up,” vocal producer Kuk Harrell told MTV News. “And we can’t just throw him into the adult game right away. It has to be the proper transition. There’s a record in between.”
Justin did this video to help his friend and one of the many producers on his new album, Will.i.am of the Black Eye Peas. Will is having a special on TV this Sunday about robots to help encourage kids to study math, science, and technology.
I know most people don’t like math in school but y’all gotta put your mind to it. I love math (it’s like solving puzzles) and it’s my favorite subject in school.
Confirmed so far to collaborate with JB on his next album are Chris Brown, Kanye West, Will.i.am, and Drake. As I told you before in the fan page, Justin will not be working with Demi Lovato.
