Even Miley Cyrus has fallen for Justin Bieber – for his pranks, that is.
“It sounded like a little kid,” Miley told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush in an interview for Access and “The Billy Bush Show” of the “Baby” singer’s recent late-night prank call. “I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I am so mad.’ Then I get a text, he’s like, ‘Haha.’”
However, Miley told Billy that she wound up laughing, too.
“I have him in my phone as Bieber Fever, so that’s always pretty funny when you get one of those [texts],” she said.
The “Can’t Be Tamed” singer said she can’t prank Biebs back – thanks to her little sister Noah’s crush.
“I can’t really be mean because my little sister is like, never ever going to have a boyfriend until it can be Justin Bieber,” Miley said. “She’s saving herself for the Biebs.”
And Justin’s not the only one with a nickname in her phone.
“My little sister is Mrs. Bieber in my phone,” she added.
Miley Cyrus was furious with fellow teen star Justin Bieber after he flooded her phone with prank calls during her trip to London.
The Hannah Montana star lost her temper after the 16 year old repeatedly phoned her in the middle of the night – and now she has vowed to get even with the Baby hitmaker.
She tells U.K. talk show host Graham Norton, “He prank called me, not realizing the time difference yesterday, at like three o’clock in the morning. I was about to kill! He kept ringing!
“I was yelling because I thought it was someone that got my number; my number gets out. So I changed my number and he kept pranking me.
“I really did believe it was a kid or something so I was like, ‘I can’t really yell ’cause I think it’s a kid but I’m not really sure.’
“Finally, I was like (shouting), ‘It’s three o’clock in the morning!’ He was like, ‘Ha ha ha ha, it’s Bieber. Call me back.’ I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m going to hurt this kid.’ My little sister loves him, but I’m going to kill him.”
May 10th, 2010: Superstars Miley and Justin were spotted in a Los Angeles Cafe. When asked if they would be working together in the future, Miley mumbled a ‘Maybe’.
Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber is convinced he has been embraced by the hip-hop community because he isn’t a “corny” Disney star like his contemporaries Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers.
The 16-year-old singer is mentored by R&B superstar Usher, and Ludacris provided a rap cameo on his hit track ‘Baby.’
Bieber is glad hip-hop’s finest are fans of his pop sound, and he’s adamant they are keen to work with him because he didn’t follow the same route to fame as many other teen artists.
He tells MTV.com, “I like hop-hop a lot. I’m really glad they’ve taken a liking to me. Having Luda (Ludacris) and having Lil Wayne give me shout me out on UStream, you know – it’s cool.”
“I think it’s because I didn’t go through the Disney route. I didn’t go corny, but, like, at the same time I’ve been cool and collected.”
But there is one former Disney child star Bieber is inspired by – ex-Mouseketeer Justin Timberlake.
He adds, “Well, basically I look at people like Usher and Justin Timberlake and how they went from being a child star to blowing up and doing what they’re doing now. I look up and see what they do and see that’s what I want to do… and things that I want to do that’s different and things that I wanna do that’s working for them.”
