Ok, so Justin’s big announcement on The Ellen Show is not a surprise. I posted it on twitter and facebook yesterday morning. But what is a big surprise is that the presale starts TODAY!
Regular tickets go on sale in June 1st in Canada and June 2nd in the USA but you can start getting tickets starting today. These are “presale tickets” and there are 2 ways to get them.
The first presale is through Bieberfever.com. If you have a membership you will be given a pre-sale access code where you’re allowed to buy up to 4 tickets. You can get a membership for $2.99. Tickets start going on sale at 12 noon your local time today! (Wednesday May 23, 2012).

The second presale is the American Express presale. This starts on Thursday (May 24) at 7am. I don’t know how this works. I think you have to have an American Express credit card. I think you also need to have some kind of access code. Not sure about this one.
