As TMZ first reported, some of Bieber’s crew refused to go on the tour stops in Japan because of post-tsunami cancer concerns. But sources close to Bieber told us earlier this week … he was going no matter what.
Bieber tweeted his plans today … confirming the tour stops in Japan will go on as planned.

Im really worried about Justin going to Japan. What if another earthquake or tsunami hits Japan while he’s over there? No one can predict when these things are gonna hit. And not to mention the cancer risk he’ll get by going out there. I think he should cancel his trip to be safe.
