Rain performed on the same day as Bieber, even at the same Taipei Arena. Trust me, I was at the Taipei concert (I’m 50% Taiwanese) and he never (NEVER SAY NEVER) took his shirt off.

Justin never (NEVER SAY NEVER) performed with his shirt off in Taiwan, it probably would’ve made him even more sick. Bronchitis! He was amazing, and I thank him for doing the concert even though he was sick. He made my WEEK!
