He first mentioned it yesterday in the TMZ interview and now Justin has confirmed it. He is wrapping up his Christmas album due out later this year. The then will head into the studio again to make his 3rd album (Believe) before setting off to tour in Mexico and South America. I guess we get double the pleasure this Christmas.
