An insider tells Star, “Justin’s been told straight up that if he’s having sex, he had better use protection.” Pretty smart advice!

Fueling this talk, delivered by Justin’s mom Pattie, were the intimate photos of the pair in Hawaii. “Everyone started whispering they were probably having sex [after seeing the photos],” says the insider.
