TV5 is airing a 1 hour special documenting Justin’s visit to the Philippines in an effort to raise funds for the victims of Typhoon Yolanda. If you’re in the Philippines make sure to tune in at 9:45 PM to watch it (which is less than 5 hours from now). Justin has helped raise more than a million dollars for the cause.

Justin performed a last minute concert in the city of Tacloban in the Philippines earlier today to raise funds for typhoon victims. He sang some of his songs, some Christmas songs, and even sang happy birthday to someone. see more videos and pics

A video of Justin’s trip to Solola to help Pencils of Promises build a school in Guatemala back on Oct 28.

Justin said of the trip:

A collection of 39 songs donated by various artists to help raise relief funds for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan went on sale this Monday. Justin has donated his song ‘I Would’ from the Believe Acoustics album to the cause.

Thousands were killed, injured and displaced by Typhoon Haiyan earlier this month and officials have struggled to keep up with humanitarian aid demands.

The album which is titled “Songs for the Philippines” is available on iTunes.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions to better their life with hope, strength, and joy.

As part of his mission as an ambassador for Pencils of Promises, Justin flew into Solola Guatemala to take part in the building of a school that the charity had help build. And to say that this experience touched him is an understatement. It was life changing.
