For the last week Justin Bieber has been recording his new album Believe at a Miami recording studio called The Hit Factory. Fans have been camping out there hoping to see Justin as he’s been doing that earlier this week (shirtless skateboarding bonanza). Well it’s been reported that the owner of that recording studio called the police on the girls camped outside for creating a ruckus.

Monday night, Feb 6, the owner was afraid of another crazy Bieber-obsessed mob … and in a hilarious overreaction, he called the cops and demanded all the young girls be arrested claiming they have already caused him $10,000 in damages earlier in the week.

The girls pled their case, trying to explain why it was absolutely imperative they be allowed to stay — as one explained,

“Justin is amazing! He’s everything!I touched his hand! He smells like cotton candy!!!”

The cop accepted his complaint and instructed the girls to keep out of the street and stay quiet.

Promising to be good, another girl replied,

“We’re not gonna scream. We’re gonna scream low.”

Justin Bieber was reportedly trying to leave Los Angeles International Airport today when an aggressive photographer refused to get out of the way.

That’s when Bieber’s bodyguard, Moshe Benabou, did what he does best—protecting the Biebs.

Los Angeles Airport Police told E! News in a statement,

“Today at approximately 2:15 p.m., Los Angeles Airport Police observed what appeared to be a crowd control incident at Terminal 4 on the upper departures level involving Justin Bieber. An investigation revealed an altercation occurred between an unnamed body guard (victim) and a photographer (paparazzi) at the location.”

The photographer was ultimately taken away by police.

“Twenty-one-year-old Alex Portillo, the photographer, a resident of Van Nuys, Calif., was arrested and transported to the Airport Police Station for pre-booking procedures. He was later transported to the LAPD Pacific Division Jail and booked for California Penal Code Section 245—Assault with a Deadly Weapon—a felony.”

The Los Angeles Airport Police clarified that Portillo’s handheld video camera in the incident is being considered as the weapon. Any additional details of the incident are part of the investigation and cannot be released.

Bieber was at the airport picking up his family. He tweeted about meeting up with them, but never mentioned the incident,

“I have my family with me…been a while. BEST FEELING. I love being a BIG BROTHER! #FAMILY,”

Canada’s Juno Awards has announced its 2012 nominees and Justin Bieber is nominated for 2 Juno Awards.
Drake and Bieber will face off in the Album of the Year category, which also includes Avril Lavigne’s “Goodbye Lullabye” and Nickelback’s “Here and Now.” The category includes two Christmas albums, Bieber’s “Under the Mistletoe” and Michael Buble’s “Christmas.”

The International Album of the Year category gave nods to a number of familiar faces, including Adele, Coldplay, Lady Gaga, LMFAO and Rihanna.

Justin will face some competition in the Fan Choice category, in against against Lavigne, Bieber, Drake and Arcade Fire.

Last year Justin won 2 awards, Fan Choice and Pop Album of the year.

The 2012 ceremony will be held on April 1 in Ottawa.
