Pharrell & Justin Bieber in the studio in Miami
Nice 🙂 This is what Pharrell, who is rumored to be producing a song for Justin’s new album Believe, had to say about JB on Ryan Seacrest radio show yesterday:
“I think he is super talented. His vocal range and what he’s able to do with his voice is amazing. He’s really a professional that kid,” he says. “It’s all about the music, because that is what’s gotten him here. It’s what gets him through the day, his voice. He is really focused on just having a great voice that people look at and go, ‘Wow, that kid can really sing.’ His chops are amazing.”
When Justin heard what Pharrell said about him he tweeted:
“@Pharrell thank you for the kind words on @ryanseacrest big bro. We are gonna make them #BELIEVE”

This is exciting news! Justin confirmed on Twitter that he will be releasing a single off his new album in less than a month.
“and u guys keep asking. so yeah. my single is NEXT MONTH> #BELIEVE”
I can’t wait to hear his new music. With all the people he’s working with on the new album like Timbaland and Dark Child, you know this album is gonna be hot. And expect “Believe” to be more R&B type of music which I think is perfect for his next album.
We keep hearing Kayne and Taylor Swift will be collaborating with JB but as of now there’s been no sign of them working with Justin yet in the studio. Maybe when I got time I’ll make a list of all the artists and producers that are expected to be on the next album. Like Ke$sha. omg lol
For over a year Justin and Drake has said many times that Drake will definitely do a duet with JB on his next album. So it didn’t take much to figure out who Justin was talking about when he tweeted:
“You really wanna know who im going into the studio with tonight??#bigbro #CANADA.”
The news of their collabo was confirmed on yesterday (February 9) by Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun on Twitter:

At the 2010 VMAs, Bieber shared with MTV News that he wanted to get his pal on his next album. Then, in a radio interview late last year, he confirmed that Drake, along with Kanye West, was in talks to work on Believe.

Hollywood Life is reporting that an inside source has revealed that Kesha, who is originally a song writer before she made it big, has written a song for Justin’s new album and possibly do a duet with JB.
The empress of glitter and unicorns, Ke$ha, is writing a song for Justin! A source tells Hollywood Life that Ke$ha ”would also be a part of the song in a duet capacity.”
:/ I wonder how that would sound? I’m not really crazy about Kesha’s music and I can’t imagine them doing a duet together.
Lil Wayne has been going hard at his skateboard game recently (even launching his new Trukfit clothing line) and this week the Young Money rapper paid a visit to Justin Bieber in the studio and even took some time for a skateboarding session with him. “Good time in the studio last night. back at it tonight. oh yeah…and big bro came thru…,” Bieber tweeted, linking to a photo of him and Wayne with their skateboards. “and when i say big bro i mean @LilTunechi. #BELIEVE IT #family.”
While it’s unknown whether Wayne will appear on Bieber’s album, a certain super-producer is definitely in the mix, according to another tweet: “in the studio with @timbaland and the crew. #creating… got a lot of things i want to write about. ready to make music.”
Bieber has said he hopes his new album will have a Justin Timberlake vibe, similar to what Timbaland created on FutureSex/LoveSounds.
And for those wondering how it all went in the studio, Bieber’s longtime manager, Scooter Braun, filled fans in. “got great reports on the first night with @justinbieber and@timbaland,” Braun tweeted. “Exciting stuff. heard YMCMB stopped by too. gonna be interesting.”
Believe is set to drop later this year. Bieber has already worked with Black Eyed Peas mastermind will.i.am, who will reportedly produce a song for the album. Whether Weezy will have any part on the album, Bieber has said he’s been in talks with other MCs, like pal Drake and Kanye West, to make appearances on the album.
“The only conversation we’ve had about Justin’s album that we’re about to do is, it’s really important that it’s the proper transition, because we’ve seen him [with] ‘Baby,’ now we’re watching him grow up,” vocal producer Kuk Harrell told MTV News. “And we can’t just throw him into the adult game right away. It has to be the proper transition. There’s a record in between.”

I’m guessing that Justin must be listening to some songs from “Believe”? Can’t wait!
Well there’s no denying it now. Justin was spotted with Selena leaving a friend’s house yesterday and it is obvious that Justin has dyed his hair a much darker color. But why?
I’ve been getting a few messages from several readers who claims that the reason behind Justin’s new hair color is for the filming of the new basketball drama movie with Mark Walhberg. This is not too surprising since Justin was just at the Paramount 100th Anniversary party 2 days ago and Paramount also happens to be the movie company that is making the basketball movie.
If this is true then JB’s got a really busy schedule having to both produce a new album and film a movie at the same time. Justin has said that his new album “Believe” should be out February or March and Scooter said it should be summer at the earliest. If the filming of the movie has indeed started then it seems that Scooter is probably the one that is right. Guess we might have to wait longer for the new album.
