THE 20-year-old woman who claims teen idol Justin Bieber is the father of her child originally told her ex-boyfriend that he – and not Bieber – was the father of her child, the New York Post reported Friday.

“She came back here from California telling me she was pregnant with my child and I said this is impossible, you’ve been in California two months and back here for only a week,” said Las Vegas resident John Terranova, 19, about his ex-girlfriend Mariah Yeater, 20, who has sued Bieber for support for the son she later bore.

“After I told her that’s not my kid, you’ve only been here for a week, then she told me, ‘No, I got pregnant before I left by you,” Terranova told The Post. 

“But it didn’t make sense because she had a doctor’s note saying she wasn’t pregnant enough for that to be possible. It didn’t add up.”

Terranova said he had dated Yeater for nearly four years after meeting her at a Las Vegas high school that caters to students who had been thrown out of other schools. He said he broke up with her after he learned she had cheated on him.

Terranova scoffed at Yeater’s claim that it was the then-16-year-old Bieber who impregnated her in October 2010 during a 30-second sex session after the singer performed in Los Angeles.

“I know it’s not Justin Bieber,” Terranova said. “She just wants money. It’s a scam.”

His girlfriend Lacy Jensen, who herself is pregnant now, agreed.

“Poor kid. He’s worked so hard for his career and to deal with this. She just wants to get her name out there,” said Jensen.

“She’s a gold digger and just wants someone to take care of her,” Jensen said. “She was a really big party animal who got around a lot. She was a big sl*t. She’s scandalous.”

Yeater was arrested for battery last December for allegedly slapping Terranova in a jealous rage after she returned from her sojourn in California to find him dating a new girlfriend, Jensen.

Yeater is due to appear in Las Vegas court on that misdemeanor charge on December 12 – three days before Bieber is due to respond to her demand in a San Diego court for a paternity test and child support for her four-month-old son Tristyn.

Bieber, 17, has vehemently denied the “crazy” allegations made by Yeater.

“I’d just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true,” he said on the Today show Friday, “I know that I’m going to be a target, but I’m never going to be a victim.”

When asked if he knew Yeater, he replied, “I never met the woman.”

Los Angeles police have said that Yeater’s claim leaves her open to investigation for the crime of having sex with a minor.

Did Justin read my post yesterday saying that he has to come out and deny that what Mariah Yeater has accused him of is untrue? Could be (not! but I’d like to think so. moving on…..).

This morning Justin did just that. Not only once but twice. First he went on The Today Show and said he’s never even met Yeater and now he’s called into TMZ and basically said she’s a crazy bitch. And this is what JB must do. Don’t ignore it. Tell the world straight from your own mouth and people will begin to stop talking about it. Ignore it and it will grow like cancer.

I have to admit that before today’s denials, I had doubts.

TMZ spoke with Frances Lippe … who tells us Mariah Yeater had been dating her grandson John Terranova in Las Vegas toward the end of high school.

Lippe says Yeater came to their home in December 2010 and told Terranova she was pregnant with his child. He insisted he did not get her pregnant.

The two got into an argument and police were called … because Yeater allegedly broke a car window out of rage.

Later that day, according to the police report, Yeater returned to the home to work out a payment plan for the window … and got into another altercation with Terranova … and allegedly slapped John 3 separate times in the face with her open right hand.

Yeater was arrested and charged for battery. A court date has been set in Vegas.

Lippe tells us they never heard from Yeater again after the December altercation. 10 months later, Mariah surfaced … now claiming Bieber is the father. JB says it just ain’t true.

Mariah gave birth to a baby boy in San Diego on July 6 — she did not list a father on the birth certificate.

We’ve made multiple calls to Yeater’s attorneys — so far, no response.

The woman who claims teen pop sensation Justin Bieber is the father of her baby hit back at his denials through her lawyers Thursday, and called again for the “Baby” singer to take a DNA test.

A day after Bieber told fans on Twitter to ignore rumors he fathered her love child, lawyers for 20-year-old Mariah Yeater said that “evidence” of the 17-year-old singer’s paternity would come out in court.

“Mariah Yeater is pursuing a modest and rightful claim,” Yeater’s lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matthew Pare, told Star magazine. “There is credible evidence that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of her baby. The evidence will be revealed in court.”

The lawyers said that Yeater had not made any outrageous demands of the Canadian heartthrob and was going through the proper procedures.

“She is not seeking a huge compensation,” Rogers and Pare said. “She merely requests that Justin Bieber provide a DNA sample to verify that he is the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby, and if so, to help provide child support as required by California law.”

Bieber’s representatives earlier told ABC News, “It’s sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims” and said that they would “vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

Yeater’s lawyers pointed out that the singer, who is dating 19-year-old pop star Selena Gomez, had not denied the claim.

“It is noteworthy that Justin Bieber himself has not denied the fundamental fact that he had unprotected sex with Mariah Yeater following a concert in Los Angeles,” Rogers and Pare said.

They added, “If Justin Bieber is willing to voluntarily undergo a paternity test Ms. Yeater welcomes such cooperation and will be happy to resolve this issue in a less public manner.”

Yeater claims in court papers that her rendezvous with Bieber — which she alleges took place backstage at the Staples Center following an October 2010 show — was “brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds.”

She added that Bieber “was clearly embarrassed about how the sex did not last very long.”

Unemployed Yeater claims that the singer, who is famed for his squeaky-clean image, confessed to her that he was a virgin and insisted he did not want to wear a condom, “because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.”

The encounter, she claims, produced her son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, who was born on July 6. She is seeking $12,000 a month in child support from Bieber.

Because Bieber was 16 at the time of the alleged sexual encounter and Yeater was 19, she is open to prosecution for statutory rape in California, where the age of consent is 18.

Bieber has been ordered to appear in court on Dec. 15 to respond to the allegation.

This is what I don’t get. Justin has always said there is a bond between him and us fans. He said that he’s able to talk directly to us through Twitter to clear up rumors and scandals. Why hasn’t he said anything about this? This is the same thing I was talking about when the “dating Selena” thing started happening. But I can understand why he might want to hide his relationship with Selena from the fans.

But this is different. I know he has managers and lawyers telling him not to talk but if this story is not true (please do not let this be true) then what’s the harm in saying right out that he did not do it? Why only speak through lawyers and managers?

The longer you wait the more it hurts everyone no matter what the real truth is. Speak directly to us. Tell us you didn’t do it. What happened to that bond? This is not the time to ignore. We need you.

And what is this “credible evidence” they’re talking about? What can be more credible than the blood test? Pictures or a video?

Forget about the blood test. I’m telling you right now Justin would never get with this. We are talking about “JUSTIN BIEBER” here. He could get any girl he wants. ANY GIRL! But this one? To take his virginity? NOT! Sorry not trying to be mean but c’mon. This isn’t even realistic.
