When she stepped out to a charity event last night, Selena Gomez was the symble of beatific composure.
But allegations that her boyfriend Justin Bieber has a 3 month baby seemed to be getting to the teenager this morning.
The 19-year-old looked stressed and tired as she headed to a Los Angeles studio with a protective minder in tow. Dressed to camouflage, Selena almost blended into the Californian sandstone in brown and white sweats. Her feet were prepped for a quick getaway in grey shoes, while nerdy glasses nestled on her pretty face.
They offered little disguise but then the Disney beauty barely even looked up anyway as she tried to shrink her 5ft5 frame to escape attention from the paparazzi.
Her stressed appearance comes on the same day that Mariah Yeater, 20, is pictured on the cover of Star Magazine with her son, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, who was born on July 6.
In news which has stunned the world, Selena’s 17-year-old superstar boyfriend has been named in a paternity lawsuit which Yeater filed on October 31.
The Bieber fan has asked the star to submit to a paternity test, and is asking the singer ‘to provide adequate support for my baby’, the result of a tryst she alleged lasted no longer than 30 seconds.
Canadian Bieber and Texas-born Gomez have been dating for over a year.

Well I wouldn’t say OVER a year because we don’t actually know when exactly they started dating but it’s about this time last year. First signs of Jelena getting together came out on Oct 30, 2010, 5 days after this alleged sex, but it didn’t mean they were dating yet. That was when Selena showed up at Jaden’s brother’s football game at Moorpark High School (….then yogart, then turkey, then pancakes and the list goes on and on…)

Wow. That’s the first time Justin has been on the cover of a tabloid magazine.

Yeater told a California court that on Oct. 25 of 2010, Bieber asked her for sex backstage at the Staples Center. What you’re about to read is incredible and is part of the court documents…..
“After waiting for a short period of time with several young women, Justin Bieber appeared and engaged me in conversation. Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.
After walking away from the other people backstage, Justin Bieber found a place where we could be alone — a bathroom. We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to fuck the shit out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to.
In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything. He was on top of me with my legs around him. At the time I was on top of some type of shelf. The sexual intercourse itself was brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds.”
She went on in court to describe the aftermath of that fateful night in a backstage dressing room and why she’s so certain the boy is his.
“When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back…. On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber…. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.”
Is this girl completely delusional? She has to know that the blood test will prove Justin is not the father for sure right? Right? RIGHT????!!!

Justin Bieber’s legal team is ready to strike over allegations the singer impregnated a 20-year-old woman, Mariah Yeater, allegations that Team Bieber claims are “malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false.”
The woman in question reportedly filed a paternity suit against Justin, claiming she boned the underage singer backstage at one of his L.A. concerts … and left with a party favor – a 3 month old boy.
But a rep for Justin says, “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims.”
The rep adds, “We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”
A 20-year-old California woman has filed a bombshell lawsuit against teen pop icon Justin Bieber alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby boy, Star magazine is exclusively reporting in its new issue.
Mariah Yeater is demanding the singer take a paternity test “to scientifically confirm” he is the father of the child, according to court papers obtained by Star.
The papers were filed in late October and Yeater asks the court for Bieber “to provide adequate support for my baby.”
In an affadavit signed under penalty of perjury Yeater says she was 19 years old when she had sex with the underage star backstage at one of his concerts in Los Angeles.
Bieber’s reps have strenuously denied the accusations but a court hearing has been set for later this year.

I really don’t think she’s telling the truth but her lawyer has already filed a lawsuit against JB. That would probably mean the court will make Justin take a blood test to prove he is not the father. I really hope he’s not the father. Will keep you updated on this story when I find out more.
