Miley also revealed she doesn’t take time to memorize her lines and even made fun of Justin’s voice — is she kidding?!
Miley Cyrus is going to tell it like it is whether you like it or not! The 18-year-old pop star appeared on Australia’s online TV show The Dirt and held nothing back when asked to reminisce about her March 6 SNL impersonation of Justin Bieber. When asked if it was hard to portray the 17-year-old she laughed and responded:
“I had so much fun doing that (SNL). Justin Bieber was so much fun and when I was rehearsing I was like … ‘I’m kinda nervous,’ I didn’t think I was good at it and then I got the wig on and put the clothes on and I was like ‘being Justin Bieber is easy! You’ve got an easy job, it’s easy to look cute with the little hair and the baggy pants.”
But when asked if Justin would do a good job playing her — the former Disney star made sure to say it would be much harder for him.
“I don’t think he could do it. He’d have to work on getting his voice deep enough. It’s easy for me to get my voice higher.”
Ouch! We know Miley is like a big sister to Justin but this sarcasm is a little much don’t you think?
M magazine has compiled a list of the top-earning teen stars. After seeing these figures, it is hard to believe that some of these celebrities are still practically kids!
Miley Cyrus tops the list at an estimated net worth of $120 million. Cyrus has been raking in the dough since her premiere as Disney’s ‘Hannah Montana,’ and she has also starred in motion pictures like ‘The Last Song.’ Not to mention that she has had huge success as a recording artist, cranking out mega hits like ‘Party in the U.S.A.’ and ‘The Climb.’ Not bad for someone who isn’t even 20 yet!
Coming in at a not-so-close second is heartthrob Justin Bieber. The ‘Never Say Never’ actor, 17, is worth approximately $66.5 million, thanks to his 3D biopic and monstrous album sales. Bieber’s debut album sold more than 700,000 copies in just the first three weeks! There is no doubt that Bieber’s net worth will continue to grow as time passes, and we think in a few short years he may become the top on this list.
Also making the list are Nick Jonas ($18 million), budding singer-songwriter Abigail Breslin ($12 million), Miranda Cosgrove ($7 million) and Selena Gomez ($4 million). Happy shopping, teen millionaires!
I honestly don’t understand the hype with this girl Rebecca Black. Sorry but I think “Friday” is an extremely annoying song and her voice. My god! It’s like her nose is plugged up, even more nasally than Miley’s voice. Taylor Swift? NOT!
Am I alone?
And by the way, I disagree with CleverTV that Miley was dissing JB too. When she said “It should be harder to be an artist than just putting a song on Youtube” she just meant Rebecca Black. Justin is Miley’s friend plus she knows JB has much more talent than she has as an artist.
Miley Cyrus spoke on the red carpet at the 2011 Grammy Awards about Justin Bieber’s die-hard fans. She said that when she was on stage performing the song “Overboard” with Justin she had to take a few steps back when he came up to her and put his arm around her – because she didn’t want any hate mail from his super fans!
In the interview below Miley also talks about about her movies “LOL” and “So Undercover.” She also mentions her dress designer and talks about all the bling she’s wearing!
